“Growing a business on a fixed income is like gambling with money purposed to provide food and shelter for your family. If your efforts do not produce profit you will eventually starve and lose everything that matters to you including hope for a better life. My work truck is in need of major repairs. My son and I don’t own a functioning personal computer. My car needs its front suspension replaced. My home phone and internet have been disconnected since January 8 2016 which has made my son more oppositional and defiant towards me. Chris Jr. could not cope with being disconnected from his virtual world and had a psychotic break that resulted in him being temporarily placed in the care of CAS for assessment and observation. I’ve reached an all-time low point in my life and I need help to get up and out from under this crisis.”
Chris is a single father of a boy who was born with autism and the rarest and most severe type of hemophilia. Chris’ son - Christopher II has a 4 year old brother and two older sisters that live outside of their home. Chris has dedicated his time and energy to developing his son’s social, intellectual and physical abilities to their fullest potential within the limits of his disabilities. Christopher II has been an ongoing inspiration influencing Chris’ lifestyle, career path and art.
The children books that Chris has published, the energy art he creates and the country lifestyle that they desire to live are all focused on helping Christopher II have the best possible life. Chris is an ambitious artist, author and entrepreneur with novel products and ideas inspired by the need to help his son and others, live happy, healthier lives. His children books, healing energy art and foods create awareness of autism, offer methods to boost your immune system and reduce anxiety.
Anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting Chris has experienced his positive energy and enthusiasm. His focused pursuit of healthy solutions for modern health problems has impacted many families in amazing ways. I can personally attest to this!
Unfortunately Chris struggles daily with growing a business, providing food, transportation, shelter and the expenses related to Christopher II’s special care. The government supports that Chris is able to access are not able to meet the costs of caring for a child with special needs such as Christopher II's. Chris' continual efforts to build his businesses to gain financial independence are incredibly difficult without outside revenue to support them.
Chris embodies what it takes to be a positive contributor to society and provide for his family and friends. It takes a community to help raise a child. Let’s help Chris help himself out of poverty and into a position to help us too.
